Single or Double Start Ball Screws?

All cnc table top mills I built before they were with RM1610 ball screws single start with 10mm lead. The guy I used to buy these screws closed shop and so I had to find a new supplier (BSTAutomation) who supplies RM1610 with double start, 5mm

I’m using Mach3, how do I calculate the steps/per in Mach3 when I come to configure the motors?
